Just over an hour from San Francisco is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Meandering into the small village of Rio Nido under the tall redwoods is a delight as you enter this Cabin in the Trees. Features two bedrooms one bath and large living room for entertaining.
Nestled right in the Redwoods, the Tree House is gently perched in the trees overlooking the canyon below. As you gaze out the windows it feels as if your perched right in the canopy of the forest. The Tree House has two bedrooms with comfy queen beds and luxurious linens. Originally built in the 1920's this cabin has been updated and decorated with eclectic comfortable furnishings. Still maintaining it's rustic cabin charm the decks are amazing and a beautiful place to eat, drink and enjoy the tranquility of the Redwoods.
There is a full kitchen with most everything you'll need to prepare basic meals and a dishwasher for cleanup. The Tree House is self catering so please bring your own food and spices. There is a Safeway grocery store in Guerneville just two miles down the road.
We have a gas fireplace in the spacious open living room and in the fall and winter we do our best to have it on, warm and cozy for your arrival.
